“our”).
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions in accordance with UAE
consumer protection regulations.
KBeautySouq lists products from multiple sellers and brands.
Images are for illustration; actual product may vary slightly.
We reserve the right to substitute with equal or higher value if necessary.
Product descriptions are provided by sellers; we strive for accuracy but do not guarantee 100% exactness.
3. Orders & Confirmation
An order is confirmed only after payment authorization and availability check.
We may cancel orders in cases of:
Out of stock items
Pricing errors
Fraud suspicion
Incorrect customer details
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are in AED and include VAT where applicable.
We accept:
Credit/Debit Cards (Stripe)
Tamara
Cash on Delivery
We do NOT store card details.
5. Delivery Policy
Delivery time depends on seller, location, and product type.
Customer must provide accurate address & phone.
Failed delivery due to wrong details may incur re-delivery charges.
6. Return & Refund Policy
6.1 Standard Return Window
Return request within 7 days of delivery.
Product must be:
Unused
Original packaging
With invoice
6.2 Non-Returnable Items
Personal care & hygiene
Opened cosmetics
Custom/personalized items
Digital products
Perishable goods (where applicable)
6.3 Refund Method
Card → same card
COD → bank transfer
Processing: 5–10 working days
6.4 How to Request Return

Please include:
- Order number
- Reason
- Photos if damaged
7. Cancellation
Allowed before dispatch.
Not allowed after preparation or shipping.
Special seasons may have stricter rules.
8. Give-Away Policy
Give-away campaigns, give-away coupons, give-away missions, and similar promotional benefits are offered on a discretionary and availability basis.
Completing an order, referral, coupon claim, or any other qualifying action does not guarantee a gift, reward, promotional item, or future entitlement.
Give-away availability may vary by stock, campaign limits, user eligibility, merchant participation, geography, operational constraints, and compliance review.
KBeautySouq may modify, replace, suspend, limit, or cancel any give-away related campaign or benefit at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or reverse give-away related benefits in cases of suspected abuse, duplicate participation, fraud, technical malfunction, or breach of these terms.
9. Privacy
Data used only for order fulfillment.
Shared only with payment & delivery partners.
We do not sell personal data.
10. Loyalty Program
KBeautySouq may offer a loyalty / rewards program, including wallet credits, points, claim codes, and promotional balance, at its sole discretion.
The loyalty program is currently scheduled to end after December 31, 2026.
KBeautySouq reserves the right to modify, suspend, limit, withdraw, or stop the loyalty program, in whole or in part, earlier or later than the currently scheduled end date, without prior notice.
Loyalty points, wallet credits, claim codes, redemption thresholds, expiry dates, earning rates, and eligibility rules may be changed by KBeautySouq at any time.
Expired, cancelled, reversed, abused, or fraud-linked loyalty benefits may be removed from customer accounts without compensation.
Unless otherwise required by law, loyalty points and promotional wallet credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays due to force majeure.
Once delivered to provided address, responsibility transfers to customer.
We do not guarantee the availability, grant, timing, or continued validity of any give-away or promotional reward.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and Dubai courts.
