1. Return Window

• Return request must be raised within 7 days from delivery date.
• Item must be unused, in original packaging, with invoice/proof of purchase.

2. Non-returnable Items

• Personal care and hygiene items after opening.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Digital/downloadable products.
• Perishable products where applicable.

3. Refund Method and Timeline

• Card payments are refunded to the same card.
• Cash on Delivery refunds are processed by bank transfer when applicable.
• Typical processing time is 5 to 10 working days after approval.
